Step by Step

Setting up your Enema Kit

Important: We don’t want to be pumping any unnecessary air inside of us!

Step One

Unpack everything and wash your kit with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

Step Two

Hang the bag using the hook. The higher you hang it, the faster the flow.

Step Three

Fill the bag with warm, purified water.

Step Four

Hold nozzle over sink and release the clamp to let the water flow through the tube, removing any air bubbles.

Step Five

Proceed with your cleanse, following the instructions on the next page.

Relax

The key is to be calm. Put on some music, light a candle, or just breathe. Your body will know what to do.

Find Your Spot

The best place is in your bathroom, either on the floor or in the tub. You’ll want to be close to the toilet.

Be Patient

Don’t expect everything to happen at once. Listen to your body and go at your own pace.

Your Guide to a Clean Start

How to Do an Enema in Steps

1. Gather Your Supplies

Booty Fresh Enema Kit Towel (to catch any spills) Lubricant (coconut oil works well) Paper towels or tissue (to keep the nozzle clean and for when you remove it)

2. Find Your Spot

Lay down a towel in a comfortable position (on your left side with knees bent - think fetal position) in a clean, private area. NOTE: Place the enema bag higher than yourself.

3. Get Set And Let It Flow

Lubricate the tip of the enema nozzle. Slowly release the clamp on the enema hose. Insert it gently... don’t rush!

4. The clamp has different levels

for a faster flow, release it fully; for a slower flow, only partially release it.

5. Flow

Take deep breaths and relax as you feel the solution flow in. If you feel a lot of pressure build up, pause the flow, take a few deep breaths, and gently massage your belly to help move any gas around. Then, resume the flow. It’s okay if you can’t get the entire solution in... don’t push yourself too hard. Enema and gut health is a journey, much like building muscle!

6. Hold It

Try to hold the solution for a few minutes. Feel free to dance around if you need to! Some people even do headstands, or you can simply lie back, relax, and breathe.

7. Release

Head to the bathroom and let it all out. You’ve got this!

Your Natural Cleaning Guide!

Keep It Fresh

1. Gather Your Cleaning Supplies:

Natural Soapy Water: Made with mild, biodegradable soap. 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution: An effective and safe choice for cleaning. Spray Bottle: For easy application. Soft Cloth or Sponge: For wiping down surfaces.

2. Prepare Your Cleaning Solution:

For Natural Soapy Solution: Mix a few drops of mild soap with warm water in a spray bottle. Shake gently to combine. For Hydrogen Peroxide Solution: In a spray bottle, mix equal parts water and hydrogen peroxide (1:1 ratio). Tip: Always use a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution for safe cleaning—it’s effective for most surfaces!

3. Clean the Inside of the Bag: Rinse First:

Start by rinsing the inside of the enema bag with warm water to remove any residual solution. Apply the Cleaning Solution: Pour a small amount of your prepared soapy solution or hydrogen peroxide into the bag. Soak: Allow the solution to sit inside the bag and tube for a few minutes to maximize its germ-busting power.

4. Rinse Thoroughly:

After soaking, rinse the bag multiple times with warm water until all soap or hydrogen peroxide is fully removed.

5. Spray & Wipe:

For the exterior of the bag and any other surfaces, generously spray your chosen cleaning solution. Wipe down all areas with a soft cloth or sponge, ensuring thorough coverage.

6. Rinse & Dry:

Rinse both the exterior surfaces and the inside of the bag with clean water to eliminate any cleaning residue.
Dry thoroughly with a clean towel. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storing it back in your bag to keep it sanitized for future use.

Bonus Tip:

For stubborn stains or areas requiring extra attention, let the hydrogen peroxide solution sit a bit longer before rinsing to enhance its effectiveness.
