For as long as I can remember, my life revolved around gut challenges – from chronic constipation as a child to a 20-year battle with an eating disorder. My body felt like a mystery I couldn’t solve.

Years later, while running my own colonic clinic in Australia, I witnessed countless transformations – yet it was my personal healing with coffee enemas twice a week that changed everything. At 36, for the first time in my life, I had a regular menstrual cycle and healthy daily bowel movements.

When I sold my business and set off to India on a personal healing journey, I realized how essential this simple practice was – and how hard it was to find a high-quality enema kit in Asia.
